Service and Scope

VPNBW provides international routes for cross-border access, along with subscription services, and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. The service provides route connectivity; it does not replace the websites, apps or other third-party services users access. The relevant providers are responsible for third-party content, account eligibility, regional rules and service operation.

Available routes are shown in the user panel. Routes may change due to maintenance, network adjustments or changes in local network conditions. The listing of a route does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, app or destination. Users should choose routes according to their needs and check the terms of use for the services they access.

Accounts, Subscriptions and Devices

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login details and for subscriptions, route access and other activity under their accounts. If you notice unusual account activity, end the relevant session and submit a support ticket through the user panel so it can be reviewed.

Subscriptions are for the account holder only and may not be resold, rented or shared with others. VPNBW allows an unlimited number of devices to be online at the same time; this device policy does not change the requirement that the account is for the holder’s use only. Users should ensure that connected devices are under their control and avoid sharing login details in ways that could affect subscription use.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. For current subscription and data package prices and allowances, see the Plan Prices page and the order details in the user panel. Acceptable Use

When using the service, users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their location, as well as the terms of use of the websites and apps they access. Users must not use routes for unlawful activities, infringe the rights of others, disrupt normal network operations, or engage in unauthorized access, distribution or transactions through the service.

Users are responsible for content they access, upload, send or obtain. VPNBW provides network connectivity and does not review or endorse content users post through third-party services. If an activity leads to a complaint, dispute or legally mandated request for action, VPNBW may take necessary account or route management measures after reviewing the circumstances.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Cross-border connections may be affected by a user’s local network, the destination service, device settings and route maintenance, among other factors. VPNBW maintains available routes and addresses service issues that can be verified, but does not guarantee that every route will always connect or that third-party websites and apps will always be accessible. If a connection issue occurs, try another route, check your client settings, then submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Issues caused by device faults, incorrect settings, third-party service interruptions or network changes beyond VPNBW’s reasonable control will be handled according to the circumstances. These terms do not exclude or limit any user rights or service responsibilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

If an account is resold or shared, a subscription is misused, the service is used for unlawful activity, or there is another serious breach of these terms, VPNBW may restrict route access, suspend the account or terminate the service depending on the circumstances. Any action will be based on verifiable information, and an ordinary connection issue will not in itself be treated as a breach.

Users may stop using the service. To address an account or subscription issue, or to dispute a restriction, submit a support ticket through the user panel and explain the circumstances. Stopping use of an account does not automatically remove lawful obligations already incurred. Payments already made will be handled under the applicable refund policy and law.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

VPNBW may update these terms in response to service changes or changes in applicable rules. Updated terms will be published on this page with the month of revision noted. Changes affecting important user rights will be highlighted where appropriate. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a change, submit a support ticket through the user panel.
